These firms should still be able to maintain lists of people with IT skills. These may not be able to offer all of the same services as a specialist recruitment agency however if your options are limited then they are ideal.

Another option that you might want to consider for filling temporary positions is looking for freelance IT workers on the internet. This is often a much cheaper option which is attractive to many businesses. However this method of outsourcing will also expose your business to a greater degree of risk. Many freelancers on the internet are highly skilled and capable, however there is a risk that the project will not be completed or won’t be completed satisfactorily.

There is no right or wrong answer to help you decide which route is best for you. Whichever option you do decide to use, it should be good to know that there are lots of skilled professionals out there if you need them. There are a lot of professionals who will be able to provide your business with the services that they so desperately need. Sometimes the choice of IT staffing can be off putting because there are so many different options.
